Very comfortable and clean. Facilities were very good. The location was excellent as close proximity to the airport. Staff were all very friendly. Free Airport shuttle service. Free shuttle service to the shopping mall. The staff kindly gave me a complimentary basket of fruit. Tea and coffee sachets with kettle facility and bottles of water all complimentary.

It's not the first time I visit Lancaster Tamar, our flight was delayed , taxi from hotel was waiting for us. We arrived late to the hotel, restaurant closes at 10.30PM but they opened it again for us.. Staff very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable..

The location is ideal. This is the second time i have stayed there. The staff are very kind and helpful. Even for a very late check-in. Parking service is great The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable

I was transiting in beirut for one night and wanted a stayover and found this property very convenient. Pleasant and helpful team, prompt and professional. Took record of my requests and managed to deliver upon my expectations. Shuttle from and to airport was an added value and made me decide to stay there, and it was extremely punctual. Hotel room is very basic - nothing fancy to expect just the necessary. Quality of amenities inside room (shampoo and shower gel) was also good

My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The swimming pool was large enough to stretch out and swim - after a week walking in the old city of Damascus, that felt marvellous! The restaurant had a wide range of food and I was impressed that the free airport shuttle was even available at 1am. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

Thank youbfor your hospitality and the great and smiley staff from reception tell room service . Good communication with the visitors First the electricity was disconnected in my room once i called the reception, they sent the room service changing the kettle and fix the electricity in my room.
