Lancaster Tamar Hotel- Hadath

It's not the first time I visit Lancaster Tamar, our flight was delayed , taxi from hotel was waiting for us. We arrived late to the hotel, restaurant closes at 10.30PM but they opened it again for us.. Staff very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable..

Rawan at frontdesk was exceptional and very professional. She went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay comfortable. The manager Yusuf was great too. We felt safe being women travelers. Easily accessible from the Airport. Quiet and well maintained. Cleanliness was excellent.

Location Hospitality Quick service Food Amazing staff, very hrlpful And the most important thing that I saw in this visit that was not in previous visits is that all staff are local lebanes from the same country which means that hotel provides work chances.

All the staff always very helpful and very kind. A special thanks to Samer of the reception who promptly fulfilled all my needs. Very useful the free pickup from/to the airport. Excellent wifi connection, .as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room/ bathroom.
